1st-3rd. Light snow Utah, then clearing. Pleasant elsewhere. 4th-7th. Windy and showery. 8th-11th. Clearing, colder. 12th-15th. Fair, then showers spread east from Pacific Coast. 16th-19th. Turning stormy California east.
